Varsity Bowling hosts multiple bowling lanes in its facility. The business also has a small cafeteria where it offers popular eating options such as pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, beverage drinks etc. While both members and non-members could rent the bowling lanes, it offers discounted pricing to members, both for the lane rentals and at the cafeteria. While walk-in rentals are allowed subject to availability, customers could do advance booking through phone. Lanes are rented on an hourly basis. You may assume that the rental rates do not vary between different days/hours (peak vs. non-peak). Customer could pay for the rental using cash, check or credit card, or in any combination of them. Please answer the following:
