Version $1$: Simulate Data

Unzip the two files, hSpectTest$\_$v$1.$txt and hSpectPlot$\_$v$1.$png$,$ in the V$1$SimulateData.zip

file into your Working Directory. When you complete Version $1$ sufficiently and test it as specified, the

side effects of your hSpectrum program should match hSpectTest$\_$v$1$ and hSpectPlot$\_$v$1.$

Under EXPERIMENT DATA, a NumPy array, nist, is created. Add in sequence $397\mathrm{.}1198,389\mathrm{.}0166,$

and $383\mathrm{.}6485$ to the end of the existing list, data. You may split the right$-$hand$-$side $($RHS$)$ of the

assignment over two lines of code. List values are observed wavelengths $($NIST relative intensity of at

least $1\mathrm{.}2$e$-03)$ in the visible band $(380$ to $750$ nm$)$ of the hydrogen emission spectrum $($vacuum$).$
