Virtual and augmented reality is advancing and developing rapidly which will enter the workplace in the near future. However, they are not perfect yet to completely replace a human but since the industry is rapidly changing, most companies are now adopting the use of incorporated technologies.One of the well-publicized examples is autonomous driving vehicles, but the most significant part of it is that often goes unnoticed is the expansion beyond controlled environments and into unregulated spaces. In the short term, this means that human resource management must train and develop new skills in current workforces.
