Visio & Context Diagram Instructions:

$1)$ Open MS Visio

$2)$ Create a New Diagram using Software, Gane & Sarson

$3)$ Rename Page $1$ to Name of your System Context Diagram

$4)$ The Context $($System Diagram$)$ MUST contain $3$ symbols $($Process$,$ Interface, Data Flow$)$ and all must be labeled uniquely.

$5)$ When done, save the file as YourLastNameVisioDiagrams

Part II $(35$ points$)$:

$1)$ Develop a Diagram $0$ for your proposed Information System. It must have the following:

$2)$ Two processes labeled correctly $(10$ points$)$

$3)$ Input and output Data Flows that are labeled correctly $(10$ points$)$

$4)$ One Data Store labeled correctly $(5$ points$)$

$5)$ All data flows and entities from your Context Diagram must appear the same on the Diagram $0.(10$ points$)$

Visio & Diagram $0$ Instructions:

$1)$ Duplicate the Context Diagram and name the duplicated page Name of your System Diagram $0.$

$2)$ Delete only the Process $0($do not delete any other symbols

$3)$ Where the Process $0$ symbol was add the Data Store

$4)$ In$-$between the Data Store and original Data Flow from your Context Diagram add a Process Symbol and a Data Flow connecting the Process Box to the Data Store

$5)$ Name the Data Store, new Process Symbols and Data Flows

$6)$ When done, save the file as YourLastNameVisioDiagrams
