Observation of CUSTOMER element - how well do you feel your needs as a customer were identified and satisfied by service staff? What did they do to make you feel this?

Observation of ENVIRONMENT element - did you feel welcome? Did the environment make you feel your needs could be met? Was it easy to find what you needed without assistance, for example?

Observation of HUMAN RESOURCES element - how well do you feel the employees of the company did their job? 

For example, were they able to identify your needs? Did they know their products / services well? Did they give an impression of wanting to help? Did they give the impression of being well trained?
