Discuss whether your experience supports this organization as providing good customer service or not, and give recommendations for improvement, if applicable.
Remember dont talk in great detail about the experience alone. Address the 3 elements. You must clearly indicate how they were met / not met. Speak directly to what they specifically did that met / did not meet your needs, what specifically they did that makes you think they were selected and trained properly for the job, etc.
