Create a job application form. You do NOT have to write any code, just create the interface as shown above.

Name your project JobForm

Including the form, your application form will have 19 appropriately chosen and named objects. Note: Labels like Describe your career goals: do NOT have to be named. You only name objects that would be referred to in your code. The initials "CO" and the words "Job Form" will appear in the form's title bar. (Note: you will ALWAYS put your initials or name in title of each form. Follow the format, initials in this one, shown in each assignment.)
