Visual Basics Program

In this assignment, you are asked to create (controls only) a digital facsimile for a check. This procedure will facilitate your knowledge of building controls

Your checks should have the following features:

**A multi-line text box for the name and address on the account (the account will be in both of our names and you can make up the address)

**A text boxes for date, pay to the order to, check number, amount, written amount, purpose, account number, and routing number

**A group box to facilitate selecting the signor

**Radio buttons to select the signor (me or you)

**Labels for all items on the check (with the exception of name/address, account number, written amount, and routing number)

**An image box to facilitate the look of the check

**A button to submit the check

Please spoof the details on the check for instantiation purposes (fake an address, make an amount, etc.). Please submit a screenshot of your check system.
