VRIO analysis of General Motors' most important resources (in the VRIO model, resources are considered intangible resources, tangible resources, competencies, and capabilities).

Produce a model showing your analysis that includes the outcome of the VRIO decision tree for each resource and attach to the end of your paper. Include at least 6-10 resources in your evaluation

In the paper, discuss a small select group of resources that you suggest your company address based on your findings. This can any combination of competitive implications including those that show to be a core competency. 

Provide your recommendations for strengthening or maintaining the resource.
