We all recognize that change can be difficult, especially unwelcome or unexpected change, which could lead to personal conflict and$/$or conflict within an organization. Explain, in detail, how different aspects of conflict and different types of power can be used to navigate unexpected changes within an organization that results in a positive outcome. As a supervisor, how would you assist your staff with understanding the changes? How would you, keeping supervisory ethics in mind, help to resolve conflicts within your staff and the organization?
