Follow the SCOR framework and deliver a report that includes a success evaluation plan, a reporting dashboard, and deployment plan. While it is not expected that you will have a fully operational plan, but the intent is to expose you to real life scenarios and how to handle ambiguous and unstructured scenarios in supply chain management.

2. Reverse Logistics: What do you do with expired tests? How will you handle disposal? Can you prevent spoilage? Do you need to have a newsvendor model in your capacity and inventory planning stages?
