on how to make available rapid test solutions to school Students on campus.

Follow the SCOR framework and deliver a report that includes a success evaluation plan, a reporting dashboard, and deployment plan. While it is not expected that you will have a fully operational plan, but the intent is to expose you to real life scenarios and how to handle ambiguous and unstructured scenarios in supply chain management.

1. Demand Planning: Assuming we do not have to use a mandate for adoption of tests, apply your learnings from new product diffusion literature to forecast the adoption pattern. This should drive your capacity and transportation as well as warehousing decisions.
