We are Project Managers, a client has begun a new Project but the Project Manager, won't be in the organization any longer. Therefore, the client has called asking us for manage his new project, we know:

The former Project Manager has already finished all the Scope processes, with the WBS, WBS Dictionary, etc. However: this week, the project end date has changed, we received an email from the Client with a new deadline for completion and a fixed budget for this project. Then:

1) Do we have to develop the schedule and budget with the premise of this deadline and this budget amount as input values? Do we have to take it into account? What we should do? Do we have to change the scope in order to achieve this deadline?
