We are using the Batch Lest Square algorithm to predict the behavior of some material under three parameters: temperature, stress, and hardness in order to determine the quality of the material. The testing procedure is too costly; hence two trials of testing were done leading to the following observations that relate the inputs to the output: All of the inputs have triangular membership functions while the output has a delta form membership function. The inputs and the output membership functions along with the rules to be implemented in this process are illustrated in the figures below: For a value of unique spread of ji=2, determine the predicted output f(x)
