Students are required to submit a report at the end of the session.

Submission date: Before Project Management Semester Exam.

The contents of the report include:

1.Project Charter (Students can chose their FYP or any other sample project, in IT/Business domain)

2.Detailed Scope document

3.Work break down structure (WBS)

4.Activity Sheet

5.Gant Chart

6.Quality Management Plan (One pager What Quality parameters shall you follow - in points, atleast 5-6)

7.Risk Management Plan (One pager Risks and their Mitigation plan - in points, atleast 5-6)

8.Lesson Learnt document - (One pager What you have learned during the project - in points, atleast 4-5)
