Liza$$s potential franchisee list should be imported to leads and Reed$$s vendor list to accounts.$$ There should be questions about how many records, what type of data is in the lists to determine which tool for import and the need for custom fields.$$ They haven$$t seen the list and the intention here is they ask more questions.
