Given the following user stories, please outline a list of scenarios that can potentially arise from implementing such scenarios. Please consider both positive and negative scenarios, and be as creative and exhaustive as possible.
- As a Sales Representative, I want to be able to associate relevant client team members with roles such as decision makers, influencers and procurement team members in my open Opportunities, so that I can correctly identify stakeholders to speed up the sales cycle.
- As a Sales Leader, I want to be able to identify opportunities with 2 or less associated client team members, so that I can provide the opportunity's Sales Representative coaching on how to better map out a client decision making structure.
- As a Finance Operations Executive, I want all Closed Won Opportunities to be associated with a Billing Contact, so that I can improve on-time invoicing and allow the company to collect revenue on time.

Appendix A
Given the following user stories, please outline a list of scenarios that can potentially arise from implementing such scenarios. Please consider both positive and negative scenarios, and be as creative and exhaustive as possible.
- As an IT administrator, I want the users to be authenticated before they can access the system, so that I can ensure only authorised users can gain access to the potentially sensitive company information.
Potential scenarios arising from the user stories above:
- User enters valid credentials to login to Salesforce (Positive)
- User enters invalid credentials (Negative)
- User forgets password (Negative)
- User account gets timed out for 15 minutes after 3 unsuccessful login attempts (Negative)
- IT Administrator able to review all successful and unsuccessful logins and the user email address used for login. (Positive)
- IT Administrator able to force reset a user's password (Negative)
- IT Administrator able to unlock a timed out user account (Negative)
