We will certainly talk to Ms$.$ Townsend about all her vaccinations and screenings that she is behind on and that we need to get her up to date with all of it$.$ She has a family history of breast cancer and definitely needs a mammogram to make sure she is ok$.$ Also, we will let her know that she needs to get the Hepatitis b vaccination, and the pneumococcal vaccine. Hopefully she will agree with us to get her caught up on all this and let us help her, and if she refuses all of it$,$ we will explain to her the consequences of not being caught up on the vaccines or what may happen if she doesn't get a pap smear or a mammogram.
