When a request is made for a webpage, first sent to the web-cache server, if not found, the web-cache server opens a TCP connection to the original server to get the page. A web cache server is placed in the network as shown below. The user requests a file of size 50 megabits using a persistent connection.

ii) What is the traffic intensity if all the content is to be fetched from the webserver? Comment on the nature of access latency in this case.

iii) What is the intensity if 50% of the users content is in the web-cache and the remaining 50% is in the webserver?
