Webinar "Transforming Business with Program Management"

This week's lecture focuses on the key support areas required to enable successful program management (procurement, finances, etc.) Given the complexity of these activities, PMOs and program managers may tend to focus on operational success in their reporting and communications.

However, as outlined in the webinar, executives are focused on business victories in program results, and may not find the operational success or failure to be as important. They may be frustrated when they don't feel that business value is being reported or produced.
