Website Specifications

Create a news website, which will enable a user to register by providing the following details:

$$ Name

$$ Surname

$$ Gender

$$ Date of birth

$$ E$-$mail

$$ Contact

$$ Receive newsletters via e$-$mail

Once registered, an e$-$mail must be sent to the user that includes the user$$s e$-$mail address and a

randomly generated password. A login page must be provided on which the user can log in to his

or her account using his or her e$-$mail address and the randomly generated password. Once

logged in$,$ a session must be used which will start the user$$s session and the following options

must be available:

$$ View current news such as sport, jobs, entertainment and business

$$ Change password

$$ Share post such as sport, business, entertainment, images and jobs

$$ Logout option which sets the session to null.

Use debug and log methods.

Database

The database and all relevant tables may be created using the MySQLi interface or the PHP

Data Object. The completed database and all its tables must be included when handing in your

project. The database can be found in the C:$/$xampp$/$mysql$/$data$/$ directory.
