Working as a highly qualified systems analyst consultant, client management has asked you to provide the organization with a direction for upcoming, new system design and development work.

Client management has one important, initial question for you... "Should we use Scrum or Kanban as a development approach for these new projects?"

Tasks;

1.Define both development methodologies...Scrum and Kanban.

Be sure that your definition is robust, complete, and comprehensive!

2.Provide a discussion that details what the basic features are of both methodologies.

3.Discuss when and under what condition(s), each development methodology would best be used, or not used.

4.Provide an example of the type of project that would best fit the use of Scrum and one that would best utilize Kanban.
