This assignment continues from the previous assignment (fundraiser). For this assignment, you will update the Activity List that you created last week in order to create your Project Schedule.

The following should be performed.

• Initiating Phase:
  • Initiate the project activity:
    • enter information in Dur, Progress (0%), and Start.
  • Initiating phase complete milestone:
    • enter information in Progress (0%) and Start.
• Planning Phase:
  • Plan the project activity:
    • enter information in Dur, Progress (0%), and Start.
  • Planning phase complete milestone:
    • enter information in Progress (0%) and Start.
• Executing Phase:
  • for each activity (entered last week):
    • enter information in Dur, Progress (0%), and Start.
• Closing Phase:
  • Close the project activity:
    • enter information in To, Dur, Progress (0%), and Start.
  • Closing phase complete milestone:
    • enter information in Progress (0%) and Start.

Notes:

• Your schedule should contain all Work Packages that were contained in your Work Breakdown Structure.
• Duration:
  • You should estimate the duration of each activity. Ensure that your estimate is a reasonable amount of time to complete the work of the activity. Do not enter "1 day" for all activities.
• Progress:
  • All activities should be 0%.
• Start:
  • At least 50% of the Start dates should make use of dependency formulas (ie. the entry of an Excel formula in the Start date rather than directly entering a date).
• During this week's class, you will have an opportunity to ask additional questions of your course professor about this assignment. Be sure to come prepared with these questions.
• The completion of this assignment should be based on the concepts of this course, the textbook reading, and the direction provided by your instructor.
