Final Assignment

The Final Assignment is due this week.

After studying program management for the past $7$ weeks, you feel confident that program management should be a concept your organization should consider. Leadership in your organization is receptive to your thinking and wants to hear more about program management and asks you to create a narrated presentation to distribute to senior leadership.

Your narrated presentation needs to be at least $10$ slides $($but not more than $15$ slides, and this does not include the title slide and reference slide$($s$))$ and incorporate the different concepts we have been studying to help make your case.

At the very least, you need to:

explain your organization

discuss the culture of the organization

explain where program management would be beneficial

What concepts and ideas would be best suited for your organization

What types of artifacts or communications are needed

What is needed from leadership to ensure the implementation of program management is efficient and sustained. You can add other concepts, too, especially if there is something specific to your organization that needs to be considered.

Remember, program management is not industry or organization specific. Therefore, you can relate it to any organization. You have flexibility
