[ Weight : 50%] The Hadrian wall was built in 122AD by the Roman Emperor Hadrian to protect the Roman Army from the northern tribes residing in Scotland during the Roman invasion of Britain. It is rumoured that no Roman soldier ever passed the wall for fear of these tribes. There are rumours circulating for secret Roman monuments in the northern parts of Scotland but there is no concrete evidence where these monuments may be located. However, if these Roman monuments are discovered then that means that the Romans did not stop at the Hadrian wall but they also conquered Scotland. The Royal Archaeological Society wants to build an online system as part of their existing website where archaeologists can login and share ideas. The Society believes that sharing information online can lead to the identification of the location of the monuments. This system is called an Online Archaeological Management System (OAMS) is an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) that is used by the Royal Archaeological Society in order to archive excavated locations, track future locations and bills paid for necessary equipment and check the membership status of archaeologists. The OAMS comprises a relational database and two graphical user interfaces (one for Senior Archaeologists, one for Junior Archaeologists) to interact with the database. Senior Archaeologists can check but also modify data in the database while Junior Archaeologists can only see the data in the database and if they notice any abnormality, they can inform Senior Archaeologists.
