We've learned a lot about how important it is to make systems that not only report on diversity numbers but also make ethical concerns a part of the way an organization works in our course on Diversity and Ethics Reporting Systems. This piece agrees with this point of view and shows that good diversity reporting is more than just gathering data; it also involves figuring out how to use that data to make real changes. It shows how important it is to see diversity as a strategic imperative instead of just a legal requirement.
