Why are these not the same?

All projects have a different specific time, cost, and performance requirements. So, projects are not the same as the performance requirements are various in each PM project. The process will vary by project so that each vendor will have multiple measurements of requirements based on the schedule designed for the project.

How are projects linked to the strategic plan? Provide an example

Many projects need an extreme strategic plan to make sure the exhaustion is excellent and exceptional. approach when we interface with them. I'm taking my youth group to Orlando for their Spring Break to fellowship with one another and attend the Orlando Magic vs OKC Thunder game. This project involves a group of young men from ages 8-18. I had to come up with a strategic plan to take 10 youth from St Petersburg, Fl to Orlando, Fl for a total of three days and three nights to engage in team-building exercises and to attend the basketball game. I had to research hotels vs air bnbs, rental van companies, and things to do what teens while in Orlando.

The planning was a little frustrating due to everything being impacted by an increase but I was able to find an Air BnB nearby the arena and a 15 passenger Van to comfortably travel from St Petersburg to Orlando.
