In the workplace, lessons learned are collected throughout the project and or at the very end of the project. Lessons learned are collected to understand what went well, and what did not go well enough, throughout the project. Many organizations attempt to incorporate lessons learned into future projects so they dont make the same mistake again, or so they can leverage previous successes in subsequent projects.

In this course, this Lessons Learned assignment requires you to reflect on your project management and teamwork experienced in the planning and execution of your major project. You may wish to begin your reflection by considering the following:

What was the most enjoyable experience you had during your project?

What was the biggest personal challenged you overcame during your project?

What was the most rewarding contribution you made to one of your teammates?

What was the most generous support that one of your teammates provided you?

What did you learn in this course that you hope to continue applying in the future?

What would want a student to know before they begin this course?

Instructions Your lessons learned submission will,

1. Discuss what went well and what did not go well during your project

2. Discuss the most helpful thing you learned about yourself during your project

3. Discuss the most helpful thing you learned about teamwork during this project

4. Discuss how you plan to use your knowledge of project management in your future studies and career

5. Be in paragraph form without bulleted or numbered lists

6. Be 400-500 words in length

7. Be submitted in .doc or .docx format by the due date
