What are you federal payroll tax dollars going toward? More specifically, what is being done with your federal withholding money? I hear a lot, "That's my tax dollars going to good use (sarcastically) or the American taxpayer will bear that burden". What I would like to know is specifically what are your Federal tax dollars funding or not funding.
