The customer ( the woman) complained that better scalp was burning and told the stylist to stop as it was too much. The hair stylist continued to apply the color. In the end the customer rushed to the sink and told the stylist to wash it out . The customer had burns on her scalp. She asked for a refund but the salon denied her. She suffered months with scabs on her head and pain and had to visit a doctor who prescribed a lotion to apply to her scalp and pain medication to take.
