What component do you believe is the most essential component of the Justice System? I know they are all important in their ways, and I can argue for any of the three. I would say a very beneficial component is the correctional system due to the rehabilitation aspect of it. Not only does someone get the ability to make their life better, but they also sit and think about what they did no matter what the punishment is, and if the sentence is worse than the gratification they get from committing the crime, then they most likely will not commit it again.
