6) Add in any mix ins such as chocolate chips, walnuts, or other garnishes.

7) Drop or spoon dough balls onto a baking sheet leaving enough space between each cookie for spreading.

8) Bake cookies until they are golden brown, and cooked thoroughly.

9) Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before removing them to place on a wire rack for further cooling.
