What do | need to do? For the interview you will be required to provide a presentation lasting no longer than 10 minutes, discussing how you would produce an estimate for the cost of buying in the next financial year (FY 25/26) either: The cost of buying a car; The cost of going on holiday; The cost of buying house; or The cost of a wedding. Pow hoe You will be assessed on and as such must include in your presentation: * Defining the scope of the estimate; * Planning the estimate; * Generating the estimate; * Analysis of the estimate; and * Reporting of the estimate to stakeholders. These should represent separate slides of your presentation. You may want to consider: * How would you define what is required for your project to be successful or meet your requirements? * How would you set your spending limit? * How would you manage interested parties? * How do you develop your expected costs? * How do you convey your preferred option? * How do you consider risks to the delivery of your project? * What steps and series of activities would be required to deliver this project? How will this be incorporated into the interview? The planned structure for the interview will be: 5 mins: Initial introductions and interview explanation. Presentation setup. 10 mins: Candidate presentation. 10 mins: Presentation Q&A session
