By clearly communicating the company's objectives, processes, and actions, organizations can enhance accountability and promote a culture of collaboration and success $($Harvard Business School Online, $2020).$

A great feature within this online hub is the feedback submission portal. Employees are encouraged to submit comments and feedback on resources, ensuring that the information is accurate, current, and relevant. Updates and corrections are processed and completed in a timely fashion. This keeps employees across the globe operating on the same page, providing consistent service, along the same strategic goals."
