what do you think about this comment? agree or disagree?s a manager, if I see anything wrong being done by a worker or coworker I like to speak it out and nip it in the bud. If it continues I take it to higher management by calling compliance and letting them further investigate as I have already done my due diligence in letting that person know to quit doing what they have been doing. As a regular employee, If I knew my coworker was doing something illegal, immoral, or unethical I would contact the compliance hotline. If you keep it to yourself and it starts getting worse and worse and it comes out you could even end up in the mix. If I were to see a supervisor as opposed to a coworker my answer would still be the same, I would contact the compliance hotline so that they can start a thorough investigation of what has been told to them
