Question:
What does a concepts diagram look like?
This case study will be conducted with a flexible design that allows change during the research, focused on qualitative research, using a positivist paradigm. This approach will allow the researcher to understand the viewpoints of different stakeholders the project manager must integrate into the successful completion of a project and will provide valuable insight into successful approaches, and perspectives from various stakeholders (Tomaszewski et al., 2020; Copeland et al., 2021). This approach will allow insight into how project managers handle work-life balance with the changes implemented during COVID-19, and how they successfully manage the demands of the stakeholders post-COVID-19. This approach will provide valuable data at each level, including the employee, the project manager, the leadership of the organization, and the client, providing a well-rounded view of data from the qualitative, single case study design, using a positivist paradigm.
