What is feedback or question for this post? The post;The consultancy types that appeal to me is the Process Expert and the External Consultants, and this is due mainly to having these long years of being a human services (HS) practitioner. In fact, HS is my raison d'etre. I have experience of consultants being hired to do many jobs in my sector of work as a state human service practitioner, and they performed as Context Experts, and most often their final reports were placed on a shelf and never looked at again. Yes, I was privy to such in my sphere of work, and I certainly do not wish to be a consultant of this caliber. I would want to be part of the implementation of the change process, so the type more appealing to me is the Process Expert, and at my age being an external consultant is appropriate
