Professor Tip: This essay is all about you and your leadership style. Are you a Manager or a Leader? There is a DIFFERENCE between a Manager and a Leader (know the differences, so you can talk about it correctly!). What traits (NOT skills!) do you have that will make you a successful Project Manager? Talk about the traits needed to be a PM and do you have those traits? What trait is your weakness? Be honest.
