Project Description: Provide a description with further detail that adds to the one or two sentence description that I have provided. Include details and background that you think will be helpful for me to understand as I review your WBS. These details are your own ideas to help better explain what you are defining as the scope of the project and what the project is aiming to achieve. (Your project description needs )

Example: If the project is "Moving to Canada to go to School", your Project Description may be: I am planning to move from my home country of Mexico to attend school in Canada. There are many things required to make this move, most importantly getting accepted to a school in order to get my student visa. I have not yet investigated everything that is required for this project, so part of my project will include the research that needs to happen prior to starting my applications.

Project Driver: What is the objective/driver for your project. I have only given you the high-level project idea. Now that you have further added to the idea with your complete description in Question 1, you can then define what you think an appropriate DRIVER would be for this project. Reminder: the Driver is the measure of success, the measurable result at the end of the project that will define project success.

WBS: Complete the Work Breakdown Structure by identifying the Deliverables for your project and the associated Work Packages for each Deliverable. The template provided has spaces for 5 Deliverables (one on each page) and 5 Work Packages under each deliverable. You don't have to use all the spaces if you don't need them. Also, if you want to add more Deliverables or more Work Packages, you can do that as well. But not it's not required.
