You will assess both the probability $($likelihood of the risk occurring, in the $$if$...$ part of the risk statement$)$ and the impact $($consequences of the risk occurring, in the $$then$...$ part of the risk statement$).$ Together this will provide you with a risk score $($this is calculated using the qualitative risk analysis tool or technique which you have selected for this process.
