This is a VERY interesting case stemming from the estate of Hank Williams and a controversy between his son, Hank Williams, Jr., and the daughter of Hank Williams and the liability of an insurance company (Gulf American Fire and Casualty). Using the IRAC technique, prepare a rough draft case brief (an analysis of the legal issues, the primary rule that is at issue in this case, an analysis of the court's reasoning and what it deemed as important facts, and a statement of the court's holding -- also called a conclusion).
