Discussion Topic: You work for a company that issues company credit cards to employees for work-related expenses. The employee handbook states that if you are eating out with coworkers that the most senior coworker attending has to use their credit card to pay for the dinner and later a third party will review the charges before approving them. This system was put in place to have records of how much alcohol is purchased, how many employees are present, an overall cost per meal and to avoid situations where the same person eating the meal is also approving the meal. You are out to dinner with your boss and your coworkers when the check comes; your boss tells you to use your company credit card to pay for the dinner to avoid a third set of eyes seeing the expenses as your boss approves your card expenses, what would you do?
