When all key stakeholders' (contractual or agreed) needs have been satisfied or the success factors have been met, the project is then considered to be a success. One of the main project objective generally is that the project is completed within the agreed scope, budget and the stipulated time. It will also have been of high quality leaving both the contractor and customer satisfied.
