When analysing a table you can provide a Locative element (where can the reader find the data) and a Summarising statement - what information can be found in the table

As an exercise I have to use the table heading as a basis and then explain the locative and summarising statement in the table. I don't really get and understand what to do. Is their somebody who could please help me explain? :)
