Question: When calculating the NOI for each year, do we have to calculate base rent, reimbursement amount, PGI, VC, EGI, and OE for every single year

When calculating the NOI for each year, do we have to calculate base rent, reimbursement amount, PGI, VC, EGI, and OE for every single year to find each years NOI, or is there a way to find each NOI once the first one has been calculated?

I see on some manuals , Non-reimbursable expenses must be calculated on a year by year basis. Considering those are percentages of respective years EGIs, it seems every years EGI needs to be calculated, implying everything variable needs to be solved for every year to find each years NOI, yes?
This is what how Ive solved for the first NOI. Considering there are 4 more NOIs that need to be solved, am I to assume I have to repeat this process 4 more times to find all 5 NOIs?
