When compared to the Co condition, the IR and IS conditions revealed an increase in reaction times, however, the amount was different. The difference between the Co and IR conditions was 33 milliseconds, whereas there was only a 2-second difference between the CO and IS conditions. Notably, the 33-millisecond difference between both the Co ad IS condition was statistically significant (t(64)=1.85, p< .05), according to the Negative Synonym Priming (Results) Microsoft Excel calculations.
