When developing an organizational change management plan for my action research project, it is important to identify where most change management plans fail. In most cases, this is caused due to poor communication between internal stakeholders. Whether it is miscommunication or ideas that are not clearly distributed to associated parties. When this happens, different groups have expectations for how the project will be conducted and what the final picture will look like
