When I was working as one supervisor in the Production branch of our organization, then the manager of our branch built the teams of the entire staff of our branch and had delegated me for managing the team. I had a number of practices from delegation that go well. The initial thing was the opting for the correct tasks since if incorrect tasks will be opted then it will result in wastage of time. The other thing that I had practiced is the allocation of the tasks to the persons who are well thought-out and tested as capable to carry out allotted tasks. The further thing that I have learned is to make available the entire instructions as regards to task to each person engaged in the task so that proper work can be carried out with efficacy. The thing that not goes as anticipated is the task with perfection. Moreover, the imperfection also teaches me that do not anticipate for perfection since our aim is to carry out the allotted task within the provided period of time in opposition to constructing any masterwork. (MACKAY)
