She figured this was no big deal since a lot of other employees work a schedule that gives them a half day off every other Fridays. When she asked her boss, the boss said she could not have a different schedule. When she threatened to sue, the boss said, "Good luck, the FMLA won't help you now." Harley responded, "Too bad for you. The Americans with Disabilities Act says you have to give me a reasonable accommodation, and this request qualifies" Who's right? The boss? Harley? Both of them?
