Proposes a feasible project that contains the expected sections and requires substantive editing;

Establishes an appropriate scope for your editing project reflecting the expected workload for TECM $4190($a minimum of $3$ hours per week x $5$ weeks x number of team members$)$;

Clearly defines the client and its needs;

Illustrates need for editing, problem, background; and

Provides clear solution with plan of work.
